Due to our fast turn-around times from order to despatch to delivery it is not always possible that an order can be amended or cancelled once payment has been received. If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact us via email within 24 hours from the payment being made. An amendment, or cancellation may be possible however this is at the discretion of Make'n'Bake and will depend how far along the order process your item is. Also please bear in mind the images of the products inside the boxes, such as the activities, colour of pencils etc may vary at any time, they are for illustrative purposes only and can change subject to stock and availability. 

We aim to prepare and despatch all orders as soon as possible from receipt of payment . If the order is placed before 3pm (Monday - Saturday) it will be despatched the next working day. If the order is placed after 3pm Monday - Saturday then it will be despatched within 2 working days from receipt of payment. All of our boxes are large letters therefore do not require a signature or someone to be home to be delivered. Delivery will be made via Royal Mail 2nd class postage which can take approx. 2-3 working days. If you need a speedier service please get in touch as we will see what we can do.

Due to the items inside the box being a food item, for the safety of others, unfortunately we cannot accept a return on any of our products. If for any reason your box arrives damaged, missing items or there is another problem please get in touch as soon as possible. Due to using a 3rd party for delivery there will be terms and conditions we have to adhere to in relation to the notification period for damages/delays etc therefore it s advisable to make contact within 24 hours of receiving your item if possible to allow the situation to be dealt with at the matter can be handled and the appropriate parties informed.
